Any attempt to defraud SmartED using credit cards or other payment methods, or any failure by you to honor charges or payment requests, will result in the immediate termination of your account.

You irrevocably authorize us, as necessary, to instruct such EPPs to process such transactions and you irrevocably agree that SmartED may provide such instructions on your behalf as per your requests submitted on the Site.
